Job Summary
Shape and deploy the global marketing strategy and activation for the J&J Social Impact Brand, Global Health Equity. Lead creative messaging, brand guidelines, and communications across internal and external channels; partner with J&J communications teams and external partners to elevate health equity stories; develop experiential and event marketing programs; conduct market research to identify insights and opportunities; collaborate across Global Health Equity and enterprise teams to drive programs, partnerships with healthcare organizations and NGOs, and the measurement of impact; contribute to annual business planning, budget planning, and cross-functional initiatives to advance health equity and access to care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- 8+ years business or healthcare leadership experience
- 5+ years commercial marketing experience
- experience with stakeholder engagement and leadership
- ability to influence without authority
- experience in Health Equity is preferred
