Job Summary
Senior Manager IT Support - Hardware Asset Management will lead HAM operations across the enterprise technology environment, overseeing asset lifecycle processes, CMDB accuracy, ITAM governance, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure, end-user computing, data center, cloud, and procurement teams to ensure complete visibility of hardware assets.
Required Qualifications
- University or College Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, or IT operations within a large enterprise environment
- Experience supporting internal audits and/or compliance programs
- Strong analytical skills and experience investigating data discrepancies and operational exceptions
- Experience collaborating with technology, procurement, and finance teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
