Job Summary
Senior Manager - IT Product & Customer Success (PLM / AI Design) drives adoption and business impact of AI Design and PLM solutions across business units. Responsible for end-to-end adoption metrics, stakeholder advisory, and alignment with merchandising/product lifecycle processes. Leads design & PLM solution management, implementation delivery, vendor management, and continuous improvement. Requires cross-functional collaboration, change management, UAT/training/go-live readiness, and strong communication to translate technical concepts into business insights. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is a plus. APLM-focused leadership role within Li & Fung’s IT function, based in Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, PLM, Digital Product Development, or related roles
- Experience in fashion/apparel industry is a strong advantage, with familiarity in design, merchandising, and product lifecycle processes
- Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across business and IT functions
- Experience working with external vendors or system integrators
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights
- Experience in implementation, transformation, or change management initiatives is advantageous
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
