Job Summary
Senior IT leader responsible for directing multiple IT teams across disciplines to drive strategic IT initiatives, ensure delivery of robust, scalable solutions, and align IT operations with business goals. Key duties include facilitating Agile/scrum practices, defining IT strategy and roadmaps with senior leadership, overseeing large teams, managing stakeholder and vendor relationships, mentoring staff, driving operational excellence and budget optimization, ensuring security and reliability of IT systems, and guiding complex, large-scale projects from inception to delivery. Requires strong leadership, IT project management, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven ability to drive performance and foster an innovative IT culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant IT management or related experience with proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Any IT certification relevant to the role (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient IT project management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
