Job Summary
Lead complex, high-impact data and analytics initiatives within the HCM Suite, managing end-to-end project delivery for HR time and payroll domains. Oversee a multi-disciplinary team of five or more members across global regions, including India and Mexico, while facilitating Agile execution and driving automation and reporting excellence. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and senior leadership to define IT strategy, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Drive operational improvements, optimize resource allocation and budget management, and oversee risk processes to maintain high-quality delivery standards.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the industry
- Proven experience in handling data and analytics projects
- Strong knowledge of data architecture and analytics within a cloud environment
- Extensive experience in project delivery, conflict resolution, and managing complex dependencies
- Experience managing offshore/nearshore teams (specifically India and Mexico) and navigating different time zones and cultures
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience
- 7+ years of relevant and practical experience, preferably in IT management or a related role, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, guiding teams toward achieving goals while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, proactively addressing challenges and making sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in IT project management methodologies and tools, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical staff and team members, ensuring alignment and understanding across all levels
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Desirable expertise in the HR/Payroll space, specifically managing data-heavy projects related to Human Capital Management systems
- Any relevant IT Certification
