Job Summary
Lead the IT infrastructure and operations across on-premises and cloud environments, owning strategy, delivery, security, and service availability; oversee data center, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms while directing the infrastructure and operations team and collaborating with application, security, and digital teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or equivalent
- 6+ years of proven experience in information technology roles
- Strong technical expertise across IT infrastructure technologies and systems (servers, networks, storage, telecommunications, virtualization)
- Hands-on knowledge and administration experience with at least one major cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud)
- Proven experience in infrastructure and cloud planning, design, and migration
- Experience implementing and operating hybrid or multi-cloud environments, ideally within a regulated, data-residency-sensitive context
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong project management skills
- Strong understanding of IT security and compliance requirements, including cloud security and local regulatory standards (NCA, PDPL)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of both Arabic and English
