Job Summary
Senior Manager, IT Delivery leads a team of technical professionals responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and monitoring software and tools; manages end-to-end IT project planning and SDLC for alignment with strategic business goals; oversees vendor and third-party relationships; drives staffing and operational plans; and ensures delivery of IT initiatives with high quality and on-time performance. The role requires deep experience in software delivery within the Investment/Asset Management domain, strong cloud (AWS) and data-platform expertise (Oracle), and a track record of managing complex trading system capabilities and enterprise platforms, along with budget governance, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Master’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT delivery, technology leadership roles, with expertise in software implementation and team management
- Proficient in IT project planning, SDLC methodologies, and enterprise software delivery
- Strong experience in the Investment/Asset Management domain, with deep understanding of front, middle, and back-office operations
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS), including designing, deploying, and managing scalable enterprise solutions
- Strong background in data platforms, with proficiency in Oracle-based data ecosystems and exposure to enterprise financial data platforms
- Experience working on or supporting trading systems and applications, with solid understanding of trading workflows, market data flows, and index/data processing pipelines
- Ability to integrate financial data, trading systems, and enterprise platforms to enable end-to-end business capabilities and analytics
