Job Summary
Senior IT Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and creation of functional user stories, maintain end-to-end traceability from business requirements through solution delivery, develop BRDs and process flows, and support Jira/IT PMO artifacts. Collaborates across cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions, leveraging AI-enabled capabilities, participating in test planning, and providing implementation support for enterprise initiatives. Mentors junior analysts and contributes to standards, methodologies, and best practices in a fully remote, US-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Requirements Management, or business-facing solution delivery experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting the design, delivery, and maintenance of solutions
- Experience working across stakeholders in a completely remote organization is a plus
- Experience in the Health Insurance or Supply Chain industries is a plus
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics, Integration, or Customer Portal solutions
- Experience with solution delivery methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills
