Senior Manager - IT Business Analysis

Senior Manager - IT Business Analysis role in a hybrid setup based in Noida/Gurgaon, leading cross-functional squads in an Agile/Scrum or Kanban environment. Responsible for directing elicitation and elaboration of requirements across squads, partnering with the Product Owner to manage backlog, grooming, and user stories, and assisting in persona and story-map development, release planning, and MVP definition. Works with Pod Leadership and teammates to ensure timely, value-driven delivery of complex application solutions aligned to the technology roadmap. Requires strong communication skills, ability to coordinate with data engineers, data architects, and AI engineers, and experience delivering in an Agile framework. Preferred familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning, NLP, data analytics, and AI governance. Must have prior IT Systems Analyst/IT BA experience in an agile setting and be comfortable working as part of a remote/hybrid team; must be willing to work at least three days per week in the office in the Noida/Gurugram area.
