Job Summary
Senior Manager, International Tax to oversee international tax compliance, planning, and reporting across the company’s global footprint, including modeling complex international tax calculations (e.g., GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, E&P, FTC), developing and executing international tax planning strategies to optimize global cash tax outcomes, and supporting cross-border transactions, restructurings, and intercompany activities. Responsibilities include monitoring global tax developments (OECD Pillar Two), managing tax audits, aiding with transfer pricing and M&A concerns, and ensuring ASC 740 alignment. The role leads cross-functional collaboration with accounting, FP&A, and other teams, and offers flexibility to work in-office, fully remote, or hybrid. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA, Master’s in Taxation, or J.D./LL.M. in Taxation preferred; 8+ years of relevant experience in U.S. international taxation and familiarity with tax research tools.
