Senior Manager, International Accounting

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for international entities, ensure statutory reporting and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions, manage third-party accounting providers, and transition activities to centralized/shared services aligned with US GAAP and Circana policies. Drive standardization, internal controls, and SOX compliance while mentoring accountants and coordinating with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and other teams on cross-border transactions and global finance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 6–10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience managing multi-entity and multi-country accounting and reporting
- Experience coordinating and working with third-party accounting firms
- Management experience preferred, not required; open to candidates who demonstrate strong ownership and leadership potential
- Preferred: CPA
- Experience in SOX environments and internal control frameworks
- Experience using NetSuite, Dynamics, Coupa and BlackLine
