Job Summary
Senior Manager, Internal Communications for Supply Chain and Interconnected at The Home Depot. Lead the development and execution of integrated internal/external communications strategies that align with supply-chain and digital/online initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and executing communications campaigns, advising clients, developing and maintaining aligned communication plans, managing budgets and vendor relationships, producing measurement reports and executive summaries, and guiding a team of three direct reports. Requires advanced writing and verbal communication skills, experience in large-scale strategic communications, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex business objectives into compelling communications. Travel typically 5%–20%. Located at the Store Support Center in Atlanta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English or Journalism or equivalent degree
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in communications or related field
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan and execute integrated internal/external communications initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
- Strong project management and budget management capabilities
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and optimization (preferred)
