Job Summary

Own comms architecture for the employee portal, knowledge repository, and Slack channels; create and manage internal and social content in partnership with executives; drive HR comms, change management, and an internal playbook to scale leadership messaging. Oversee speaker series, employer branding in physical spaces, and measurement of engagement with surveys and metrics to improve communication impact. Bring expertise in change management, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to support a high-performance culture.
