Senior Manager, Internal Audit

Job Summary
Shape the rolling, risk-based Internal Audit plan and define audit scopes in partnership with management. Lead reviews of financial and business processes, risk management, and controls, delivering actionable recommendations to strengthen processes and drive process improvement. Present clear, insightful reports to the Audit & Risk Committee and track the implementation of key audit recommendations. Manage complex assignments, conduct commercial reviews and fraud investigations, and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Support the development of internal audit professionals while ensuring audit practices align with the Institute of Internal Auditors International Professional Practice Framework.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Internal Audit
- Previous experience working within a co-sourced Internal Audit model
- Proven track record in a global, matrixed organisation
- At least 2 years' experience managing and developing people
- Strong proficiency in using data analytics to support audit reviews and drive insights
- Solid understanding of technology risks and controls, with experience contributing to integrated audits across both operational and IT environments
- Ability to lead and deliver complex audits with sound judgement, commercial awareness, and stakeholder sensitivity
- Part qualified or fully qualified CIA, ACA, ACCA, or CISA, or actively working towards one of these professional certifications
- Must be able to travel 20% international
- Must be available for hybrid work (2 days in office)
- Must be based in London (SW1P 1PL)
