Senior Manager - Interiors

Lead interior projects as PMC for interior and civil projects; understand USER requirements and support drafting URS/space requirements for offices, training centers, conference rooms and related spaces; evaluate and finalize vendors for design and execution; finalize BOQ and drive cost optimization; travel to multiple sites to ensure timely completion; coordinate with external vendors for project activities; act as in-house PMC for interior and civil initiatives; plan, evaluate, and finalize vendors (technical & commercial); maintain quality and ensure on-schedule delivery; create MIS/reports and updates for management; possess costing and site knowledge as prime requirements; required skills include strong communication, coordination, problem solving, ability to work independently; proficiency in AUTOCAD, Excel, MS Office, and any additional 3D software is a plus; travel up to 40%.
