Senior Manager, Intercompany

Lead delivery of multiple concurrent client engagements by managing overall project execution, quality, and client satisfaction. Oversee project teams collaborating with Managers and Senior Analysts to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and Clearsulting standards. Translate strategic vision into actionable workplans, balancing client priorities with project constraints while driving project governance through monitoring milestones, risks, budgets, and resource allocation. Act as a trusted advisor in strategic client relationships, identifying opportunities for expanded value and pursuing growth within existing accounts. Collaborate with Directors and Partners to develop Statements of Work, proposals, and pricing models. Support revenue management by tracking financial performance and optimizing delivery profitability. Demonstrate advanced understanding of digital finance technologies, such as BlackLine, leading design and implementation workstreams as needed. Operate in alignment with the global Expectations by Rank framework, demonstrating growth across functional knowledge, business acumen, technical skills, core competencies, and leadership. Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is required. Fluency in French and English is preferred.
