Job Summary
Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing responsible for end-to-end social media strategy and integrated campaigns (LinkedIn primary channel); own editorial calendar, content creation, ghostwriting and amplification; plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns across social, email, web, content, and events aligned to pipeline and revenue objectives; develop marketing content (social posts, articles, short-form video, case studies, one-pagers) and translate customer outcomes and facility capabilities into credible materials; maintain brand voice and assets; collaborate with sales/SDR to support active deals; manage events, analytics, and vendor relationships; travel up to 10%; requires hands-on, self-directed marketing leadership in a build-stage environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing
- Demonstrated ownership of social media and integrated campaign programs
- Strong LinkedIn fluency for B2B audiences
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Hands-on proficiency with marketing tooling (scheduling, analytics, CRM, basic design/content tools)
- Experience in sales-led or enterprise deal motion, or related technology categories is a plus
- Ability to operate independently as a team of one in a fast-paced environment
