Job Summary
Own the vision for new offerings by building and evolving integrated marketing and educational programs from scratch. Serve as the voice of the participant, using audience insights to shape experiences that drive action and simplify complex workplace benefits into clear, engaging strategies. Lead cross-functional collaboration to align diverse stakeholders across marketing, strategy, product, and digital teams while continuously optimizing programs based on performance data. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing, agency or related experience
- Proven ability to think big-picture about strategy while equally passionate about rolling up your sleeves to execute the work
- Experience using audience insights and data to shape marketing strategies and participant experiences
- Exceptional partnership skills, with a proven ability to build trust, align diverse stakeholders and lead through influence across teams like client experience, offer management, digital and creative agencies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill dense, highly technical topics into clear, accessible messaging
- A natural curiosity and drive to explore, ask the right questions and quickly get up to speed on new concepts, products and industry trends
- A demonstratable ability to thrive and bring momentum to projects when the path forward isn't always fully defined
