Job Summary
Define great instruction standards across entry-level healthcare certificate programs by building coaching rubrics and cadences. Motivate a thriving instructor community through virtual spaces for connection and recognition programs that drive engagement. Develop self-serve dashboards providing real-time visibility into classroom impact, including pass rates and student outcomes. Lead a team of Cohort Logistics and Instructor Quality Managers while maintaining a real-time view of instructor health to inform hiring and coverage decisions. Partner with Curriculum and Product teams to translate content into effective delivery and experiment with AI-enabled coaching tools. Manage program modifications and support new launches for allied health training pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in instructional quality, curriculum, or education operations
- Experience managing a large team or network of contractors / adjunct teams
- Background as a teacher
- Proven ability to build systems from scratch — observation rubrics, coaching workflows, performance tracking — and get others to actually use them
- Comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- You're charismatic and comfortable leading large groups
- You know how to deliver feedback in a way people can receive and act on
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare education (allied health, clinical training, nursing, or similar)
- Previous experience at an early-stage or Series A–C startup
- Fluency with LMS platforms
- Comfort using data to drive quality decisions
