Job Summary

Senior Manager, Inside Sales responsible for designing an inside sales organization, partnering with IT to create a digital design, managing KPI’s to measure teams’ success in generating hot sales leads, partnering with field sales/agronomy teams to track follow up & sales success. Essential functions include creating and implementing effective cold calling inside sales strategies aligned with growth targets, setting KPIs (pipeline generation, conversion rates, revenue contribution), monitoring performance with CRM-based analytics, driving outbound prospecting to engage new growers and channel partners, executing campaigns, building structured processes, collaborating with Business Unit leadership on pipeline targets and funnel health, and leading the CRM usage with IT for system optimization. Supervisory responsibilities include leading a team of 5-6 Inside Sales Representatives. Travel required: 30%. All remote positions and those not located in Berkeley facility are paid based on national benchmark data. Hiring compensation range: $160,000—$200,000 USD.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required
  • 8–10+ years of sales experience
  • 3+ years leading inside sales or SDR/BDR teams
  • Experience in agriculture, agtech, or a related industry is strongly preferred
