Job Summary
Lead and shape innovation and strategic growth in Enteral Nutrition & Keto by directing early-stage innovation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving business development opportunities. Define ideas to the Innovation Board with strong business rationale, organize global ideas-generation workshops (idea jams, think tanks, design thinking), identify and advance opportunities including products, services, indications, lifecycle ideas, partnerships, in-licensing, and M&A. Drive strategic initiatives for the Nutrition business unit, build scenario analyses and reports for senior management, monitor market and competitor trends, and develop financial plans. Build internal and external networks and contribute to process improvements in innovation and business development. Fluent in English; willingness to contribute in a global, matrix environment at Fresenius Kabi; located in Bad Homburg, Germany.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in natural sciences
- MBA or degree in business administration is an advantage
- At least five years of professional experience in innovation management, business development, project or program management in global contexts
- Profound knowledge of the consumer healthcare market or pharmaceutical industry, ideally within clinical nutrition
- Strong skills in moderating workshops across hierarchy levels and leading discussions
- Experience in developing financial business plans and using financial, market, trend and competitor data
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in an international matrix environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical strength and a structured, result-oriented working style
- Very good MS Office skills and English proficiency
