Job Summary
Senior Manager – Infrastructure Operations to lead the safe, secure and reliable operation of Origin's corporate and OT infrastructure. You will lead a team of 10, own day-to-day infrastructure support, incident response and operational performance across networks, hosting platforms and cyber security services, and partner with Cyber Security, Architecture, Engineering and Business Technology to manage risk and improve end-to-end service outcomes. This Brisbane-based role emphasizes leadership, governance, and continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting and response capabilities across IT and OT environments.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading large-scale infrastructure operations or service reliability functions in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of corporate and OT networks, hosting platforms and cyber security operations
- Proven experience in incident management, problem management and operational governance
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing operational teams, including managers and senior technical leaders
- Excellent decision-making skills in high-impact or time-critical situations, with the ability to translate ambiguous information into clear operational actions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive-level reporting
- Experience in critical services, utilities, energy or regulated environments is highly regarded, as is knowledge of ITIL-aligned service management practices
