Job Summary
Lead Deskside and Service Desk services across the APAC region, ensuring day-to-day operations are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively while adhering to global IS standards. Manage service providers, coordinate reporting, and drive continuous improvement in technology application to meet financial, operational, and customer service goals. Build collaborative relationships with site leadership and business stakeholders to align regional initiatives with Stryker's growth objectives in GQO and Commercial locations. Ensure compliance with IS security, SOX, and project management standards while transforming the service function to be more agile and customer-centric.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or the equivalent
- Minimum of 13 years of professional work experience in IT/IS and/or business discipline
- ITSM certification
- Knowledge of and/or previous experience with various IS systems (manufacturing, RA/QA, commercial, R&D, etc.) and/or infrastructure
- Extensive knowledge (5+ years) of medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated professional experience in IS and/or other related business discipline
- Ability to understand systems, interrelationships and recommend enhancements, and building & communicating IS strategy
- Ability to work effectively across functions and build successful relationships in global matrix organization
- Awareness of current and future trends in the industry and competitors
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
