Senior Manager (Information, Communication, Automation Technology)

Lead a team of four to six engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver complex Information, Communication, Automation Technology solutions on schedule and within budget. Manage project billings and financial performance while developing proposals, pricing, and short-term strategies. Act as a primary relationship manager for select clients, providing senior technical guidance on low-voltage systems and integrated building technologies. Mentor staff, enforce performance management cycles, and support the operational leadership of the Toronto office. Achieve financial and operational targets aligned with divisional results. This role requires a P.Eng in Electrical Engineering with over 10 years of consulting experience and the ability to travel.
