Job Summary
Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation for the Trauma Business Unit in DePuy Synthes/Johnson & Johnson MedTech. Develop and lead incentive strategy and execution for the Trauma sales organization, including annual/long-range planning, quota alignment, scenario modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Design, benchmark, and optimize incentive programs to drive performance and engagement. Partner with senior commercial leaders, finance, HR, and field management to ensure programs align with business priorities and governance. Own end-to-end program lifecycle, provide advanced analytics and reporting, and manage a team of analysts. Hybrid work arrangement based in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA.
