Job Summary
The Senior Manager for Incentive Compensation Governance, Audit & Program Management at Amgen will lead IC governance processes, manage enterprise-level IC audit readiness, and drive program management across IC design and operations. This role requires partnership with multiple departments, including Sales Operations and Compliance, to ensure that IC programs are effective and compliant. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of incentive compensation principles and the ability to influence program governance and effectiveness. Responsibilities include auditing controls, compliance oversight, and managing vendor performance in support of incentive compensation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of incentive compensation, sales operations, compliance, or program management experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of incentive compensation, sales operations, compliance, or program management experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of incentive compensation, sales operations, compliance, or program management experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of incentive compensation, sales operations, compliance, or program management experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of incentive compensation, sales operations, compliance, or program management experience
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in a leadership or governance role, preferably in a large and complex organization
- Experience with SOX / internal controls; compliance committee or governance forum leadership
