Job Summary
Lead consulting missions and projects for banking clients in Belgium, steering the work of other consultants and ensuring service quality. Develop market share by prospecting, writing proposals, and managing relationships with customers, with support available for business development in The Netherlands. Provide team guidance by coaching consultants and leading teams within the Banking & Insurance business line. Deepen knowledge of Belgian and global banking trends to analyze business model evolutions and create thought leadership materials such as case studies and press articles. Report to the Associate Partner and contribute to Sia's strategy as a next-generation management consulting group serving clients worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from a first class university (business, engineering, economics, ...)
- Fundamental insight in the Banking market
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company in the Banking sector
- Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial person, and proven business development skills
- Ability to monitor company or market trends, evolutions, new challenges and triggers actions within Sia to adapt our offering or launch prospection
- The candidate has successfully conducted relevant projects and managed teams
- The candidate has personal domains of expertise and is ready to personally deliver consulting services
- You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer
- Languages: Dutch and English
