Job Summary
Develop and lead the engagement strategy for Covista's Impact function, embedding the impact story across all channels, audiences, and business touchpoints. Serve as the primary connector between Impact and Corporate Affairs partners—including alumni, government, investor relations, and communications—to ensure consistent representation. Build the narrative architecture for Covista Open Doors and the Covista Foundation, translating strategy into compelling stories for internal and external stakeholders. Drive the execution of internal communications, storytelling, and event programming, while equipping leaders with messaging and resources to advance Impact efforts locally. Manage program development, partnership management, and team guidance to amplify desired outcomes. Provide regular reporting on engagement progress and milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Seven (7) plus years in social impact, strategy, communications and stakeholder engagement or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in social impact -- strategy, sustainability, philanthropy and community engagement
- Proven communications experience -- developing and executing internal communications strategies that translate complex work into clear, compelling narratives across formats and audiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Flexible and action-oriented, with sound judgment and the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
