Job Summary
Senior Manager, Immunology Public Affairs based in Horsham, PA or Washington, DC on a hybrid schedule. Leads development and execution of U.S. public affairs strategies supporting Immunology priorities, patient access, and reputation. Partners with cross-functional leaders to translate business strategy into public affairs priorities, build relationships with policy influencers, and ensure campaigns are coordinated with GA&P, Government Affairs & Policy, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Enterprise Public Affairs. Responsibilities include shaping policy priorities, stakeholder engagement, policy and external environment messaging, integrated campaign execution, narrative development, leadership briefing support, and crisis/issues management as required. Requires 8–10+ years of pharma-related communications/public affairs experience and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred); travel up to 20–25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; study in Political Science, Public Relations, Government, Communications or related field preferred
- 8–10+ years of communications, public affairs, policy communications, advocacy, or related experience; pharmaceutical experience required
- Strong communications skills including writing, messaging, and executive-ready briefing support
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments with influencing skills
- Experience supporting external stakeholder engagement and integrated campaign execution with cross-functional teams
