Job Summary
Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement, Facility leads end-to-end projects and improvement programs at the home FC and other sites, removing blockers, driving adoption, and ensuring initiatives land smoothly. Responsible for defining scope, milestones, budgets, governance, and executive-ready reporting; hires and develops associates; analyzes performance to simplify workflows and drive cross-functional impact; builds scalable tools/templates, ensures content quality and governance, and communicates with stakeholders to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Requires strong program/project management, change management, data-driven process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area
