Job Summary
Senior Manager for HVAC Sales responsible for building and growing the HVAC business in the designated territory with focus on chillers, heat pumps, and refrigeration solutions. Individual contributor role emphasizing offer making, client prospecting, closing deals, and adherence to sales SOPs to meet revenue and GM targets. Key activities include developing HVAC Solutions opportunities, expanding the existing customer base (consultants, contractors, architects, end users), submitting timely, professional quotations, and participating in bi-monthly business reviews. Requires a Mechanical or Electrical degree, at least 5 years in HVAC sales, strong relationship-building with building owners and stakeholders, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and willingness to travel. Location: Gurgaon Sector 44, India. Travel extensively and contribute to energy-solutions initiatives and green-building projects.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical (HVAC)
- 5 years minimum experience in HVAC sales
- English essential
- MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel extensively
