Job Summary
Drive human capital initiatives and align HR practices with business goals across multiple manufacturing locations. Foster strong partnerships with operations teams to ensure compliance while providing expert coaching to department managers on attendance, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline. Lead labor relations efforts for represented sites, including contract interpretation and grievance resolution with union representatives. Manage site staffing and recruitment needs, oversee HRIS data integrity through Workday audits, and proactively address employee inquiries to maintain a high-performance culture. Serve as a trusted resource for employees across all production shifts, ensuring sensitive personnel matters are handled with integrity and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- 7 or more years of related Human Resources experience
- at least three years in a leadership role
- Experience working in a collective bargaining environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
- Full time employment
- Onsite role
- Travel of up to 30% to manufacturing sites as required
- May require flexibility in hours as needed

- Experience using HRIS Systems such as Workday and Dimensions UKG
- Bilingual language skills
