Job Summary
Senior Manager, Human Resources responsible for shaping culture and driving people initiatives at Pursuit Aerospace’s Eastford, CT and Manchester, CT manufacturing sites. Lead HR strategy and execution with site leadership, oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, engagement, and retention; manage HR systems, policies, compliance, safety, and workers’ compensation; partner with corporate HR to harmonize approaches and drive continuous improvement. Travel 50% between Eastford and Manchester; in-person role with emphasis on building trust, fostering accountability, and delivering data-driven HR programs aligned to site and enterprise objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 12 years HR generalist experience in lieu of degree
- 1+ yr of leadership experience with direct reports
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship
- ITAR/EAR regulations knowledge or ability to comply
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- Advanced degree a plus
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience using data for HR Metrics and action planning
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
