Job Summary
Senior Manager, Human Resources for MS NOW Network overseeing HR operations across exempt/non-exempt, union/non-union, and contingent workers. Partners with senior leadership to deliver HR solutions, guides staffing, benefits, performance management, compensation/reward management, learning & development, and employee engagement. Leads change management initiatives, ensures policy compliance with state/federal laws, provides coaching on HR policies, identifies and develops talent pipelines, and maintains SAP HR data integrity. Requires collaboration with leadership, ability to implement HR process improvements, and travel as needed. Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field; 5+ years HR experience; proficient in MS Office. Desired: Master’s degree (MBA, MSHRM) and OSHA knowledge. Hybrid work arrangement with NY office at minimum three days/week; travel allowed. Salary range: $110,000 - $135,000 (bonus eligible).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years professional level HR experience
- 3+ years proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
