Job Summary
Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the HR department's policies, systems, and activities to ensure legal compliance and alignment with the organization's mission and talent strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, retention, and talent management; administer programs covering compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, performance, morale, and safety; oversee HRIS/ATS systems, budgets, and training; ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop and manage spend for the HR department; support employee morale and retention initiatives; perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least five years of human resources management experience
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
