Job Summary

Senior HR Manager (HRBP) serves as a strategic and hands-on partner to corporate client groups, delivering talent management, workforce planning, organization effectiveness, and change enablement. Leads a small HR team, coaching and delivering HRBP services while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise HR programs and drive adoption of HR platforms and standardized processes. Responsibilities include facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification; leveraging people data to inform decisions and storytelling that connects HR initiatives to business outcomes; building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality HR support. Qualifications include 5+ years of HRBP/strategic talent experience in large, complex organizations (retail or consumer-facing preferred), ability to translate strategy into workforce plans, experience with analytics, and strong communication. Education typically a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred where applicable. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven HRBP / strategic talent experience supporting client groups in large, complex organizations (preferably retail or consumer-facing)
  • Demonstrated success in supporting the design/implementation of talent strategies
  • Experience using people analytics and translating data into business recommendations
  • Track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive adoption of strategic initiatives
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including delivering feedback and advocating HR value through leader success stories and measurable impact
  • Ability to translate enterprise strategy into workforce implications and quantify talent risks
  • Relationship-management skills with the ability to secure leader buy-in for strategic HR initiatives
  • Strategic consulting capability to diagnose performance gaps and co-create long-term talent plans
  • Aptitude for iterative problem solving and navigating volatility across multiple client groups
