Job Summary
Partner with local leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive workforce planning. Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations. Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and exits, and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures. Lead talent acquisition, retention, and performance management processes, coaching managers on development and career progression. Drive employee engagement initiatives, monitor sentiment, and support organizational changes and expansions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 8 –10 years of HR experience in MNC
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience in handling employee relations and operational HR matters
- Proficiency in HR systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for HR Business Partnering background
- Experience in fast-paced or growth environments
