Senior Manager, Human Resources

Lead all HR activities for the Malvern site, ensuring alignment to business priorities and corporate HR strategy. Partner with global Project Management leadership to deliver consistent, scalable HR support across the CSS PM organization and execute talent strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to site and functional leaders on talent, organizational design, and workforce strategy. Support organizational design and capability development, ensure compliance with employment law and company policies, and deliver consistent performance and succession frameworks globally. Provide guidance on employee relations and change across regions with 20% annual global travel expectations. Bachelor's degree required; advance degree preferred with minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including manufacturing environment expertise. Full time salaried onsite position in Malvern, PA.
