Job Summary
Senior Manager, HRBP responsible for developing & executing strategic talent initiatives, ensuring organizational effectiveness through diagnoses and partnering with the business on solutions, and building culture. This role is fully onsite Monday through Friday in Mount Pleasant, WI, with a comprehensive relocation package available for eligible candidates. Responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner with business leaders to drive people excellence, developing talent strategies aligned to business needs, diagnosing organizational needs with data-driven insights, coaching leaders and employees, and leading core annual HR processes (performance management, pay planning, workforce planning, talent assessment, succession planning, development planning). Leverage COE-driven solutions & the HR HUB to meet objectives and drive business results. Preferred skills include a Master’s Degree or MBA and strong relationship-building, business acumen, change leadership, and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years experience in Human Resources
- Experience partnering & ability to influence senior level business leaders
