Job Summary
Senior Manager, HRM oversees payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with Taiwan labor laws and efficient HR operations. Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, enrollment/termination for Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance, group insurance administration, handling special payroll situations, and maintaining accurate employee data. Manages HR systems (Workday preferred), provides HR reporting/analysis, conducts compliance audits, and serves as the liaison with government labor agencies. Emphasizes proficiency in Taiwan labor regulations, attention to detail, and data integrity across HR processes and systems.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of HR operations or payroll and benefits administration experience
- Profound knowledge of Taiwan's Labor Standards Act and related sub-regulations
- Experience handling payroll and benefits for a large employee base
- Excellent data processing skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in HRM system management
- Experience with Workday is highly preferred
