Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Administration team to deliver efficient and effective support for all HR data processes; oversee the accurate input and management of employee data throughout the lifecycle (new joiners, internal movements, separations, counseling cases); coordinate and support Annual HR Exercises (performance reviews, compensation cycles, and other periodic HR initiatives) ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met; ensure all Personnel Files (P-Files) are maintained and filed in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements; work with HRIS to configure systems that improve data administration efficiency; coordinate benefits administration with external providers for accuracy and compliance; collaborate with HR functions and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless HR services; support internal and external audits by ensuring HR documentation is complete and readily accessible; monitor team performance and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency; support the Director, HR Services in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across HR processes; travel across jurisdictions as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR Administration or related HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead capacity
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee data management, and relevant labour regulations
- Practical experience with HR data input, validation, and maintenance
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, drive process improvements, and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, gaming, or other service-intensive environments is an advantage
- Ability to travel across jurisdictions as required
