Job Summary

Senior Manager, HR Operations responsible for leading and optimizing U.S. HR Operations to ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-focused experiences throughout the lifecycle. Serves as operational owner of HR systems, payroll administration, benefits administration, compliance, employee records, performance management processes, and HR service delivery. Partners with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to build scalable HR infrastructure supporting growth while adhering to federal, state, and local employment laws. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day HR Operations, optimizing HR processes and service delivery, owning HR technology (HRIS, ATS integrations, PEO/EOR platforms), maintaining data integrity, overseeing onboarding/offboarding, ensuring payroll accuracy, administering benefits, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing HR analytics and reporting, and driving continuous improvements in policies and processes. Required capabilities include strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll/wfms, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.; relocation sponsorship and remote work options are not available.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services in a large organization
