Job Summary
Senior HR leader responsible for end-to-end human resources across India operations, including performance management cycles, talent development and career management, employee relations and lifecycle processes (recruiting, onboarding, termination), policy compliance, compensation governance, and leadership coaching. Requires extensive experience in SaaS/AI contexts, matrixed organizations, and跨-cultural collaboration; strong data-driven decision making, coaching, and stakeholder management, with a track record of building a great place to work in a growing, global team based in Pune.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field required
- Overall 8+ years preferred in business roles with at least 8 years of progressive Human Resources management/operations experience
- SHRM-CP or equivalent certifications are a plus
