Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

Lead and implement the people strategy for the Operations team, working directly with the Senior Director of Human Resources. Manage a small team of HR Business Partners supporting engineering, marketing, community, and business development. Define key objectives alongside the business to create frameworks for setting OKRs that align with organizational goals. Work closely with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Identify training needs for business units and executive coaching needs, while serving as an executive coach and mentor across the organization. Lead the development of the High Potential Program by managing and mentoring individuals to their full potential. Implement talent strategies that align with business goals, including performance management and development programs, using data insights to guide decision-making and foster long-term growth.
