Job Summary
Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for France, Canada, and Belgium – delivers full spectrum HR activities across the employee lifecycle, manages employee relations and regulatory compliance, partners with business leaders to align HR priorities, leads labour relations engagement with works council representatives, supports talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent reviews, drives organizational development initiatives with leadership teams, builds constructive relationships with employee representatives and stakeholders, and operates in a hybrid Paris-based role with required on-site presence as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years’ HR experience including international commercial support
- Fluency in French and English languages
- Demonstrated expertise in labour relations and works council engagement
- Experience across full HR lifecycle from administration to strategic partnering
- Strong data literacy and experience with HR systems and Microsoft tools
