Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner for NA A&B operations focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement. Partners with NA A&B and plant leadership to develop and drive HR strategies, serves as advisor to senior leaders, aligns HR priorities with business goals, provides HR subject matter expertise across employee relations, performance management, compliance and risk management, supports cross-functional projects, designs staffing plans, and delivers data-driven insights to improve productivity and retention while promoting a diverse, high-performing culture.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 10 years of related experience
- Experience in a complex global matrix organization
- Strategic HR partner experience
- Ability to lead and develop relationships at all levels of the organization
