Job Summary
Oversee human resources delivery, partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, and advise on talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. Drive employee engagement initiatives, analyze workforce metrics to inform strategic decisions, and lead a team of HR professionals while fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous development. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR expertise with organizational goals within ICON's global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role
- Experience ideally within the healthcare or clinical research sectors
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to leverage data to drive HR strategies and business decisions
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based (Dublin, Ireland or Reading, UK)
