Senior Manager, Health Proposition and Growth to accelerate the growth of Prudential’s Health business by shaping compelling health propositions, enabling distribution to drive sales, and delivering sustainable health targets. Collaborates with Agency, Marketing, and Operations to translate health priorities into practical propositions and measurable outcomes across distribution; develops selling narratives, playbooks, and activation tools; designs training and campaigns to improve health penetration, conversion, and sales performance; tracks performance against targets and uses data-driven feedback to refine propositions and scale growth.
