Senior Manager -Health Process training

Senior Manager – Health Process Training leads design, development, and delivery of training programs within Health Benefits Operations, driving continuous improvement in performance, compliance, and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include defining and executing training strategy, leading trainers and instructional designers, developing content (SOPs, presentations, e-learning, simulations, job aids), updating materials for process changes and regulatory updates, overseeing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced delivery, supporting client transitions and annual enrollment periods, ensuring consistent quality across programs, collaborating with Operations/Quality/HR/Client teams to align initiatives with productivity goals, managing LMS and training records, tracking KPIs/SLAs, and serving as SME in enrollment, eligibility, and compliance. Required Bachelor’s degree and 10–15+ years in training with 5–7 years in training roles; knowledge of health benefits processes and LMS tools; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
