Job Summary
Conduct ongoing assessments across Operations Talent Acquisition teams to identify process gaps and design scalable playbooks that raise the bar for hiring. Lead change management for new initiatives by building cases for adoption across resistant teams while guiding a recruiting team to meet high-volume staffing goals through coaching and performance management. Review data to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve recruiting effectiveness and quality of hire, collaborating with business partners to anticipate evolving needs. Operate on-site in Tempe, AZ, five days a week. This role supports Carvana's mission to revolutionize the car buying experience by scaling a high-performing Talent Acquisition function with a data-driven, process-focused approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
- 7+ years of work experience in recruiting, strategy, consulting, operations, startups, or similar roles
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree from an accredited graduate school or university
- Experience in high volume operations Talent Acquisition
